Cattle trader killed by BSF

Indian border security force (BSF) have killed a cattle trader at Putkhali border early yesterday.

The dead was identified as Israfil, 30, son of Abdul Momin, hailed from Syamlagachhi village in Sharsha upazila. Local BGB sources said a small group of traders was returning with cattle they purchased in the Indian side. Israfil was caught and taken to the BSF camp and subjected to inhuman physical torture, including electric shock. And then he was thrown into the border river Ichhamati. Fellow traders rescued Israfil and rushed to Bagachra clinic he died.
